100H Child Yoga TTC

I am thrilled to announce that I have completed my 100-Hour Child Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC)! This journey has been both enlightening and rewarding, deepening my understanding of how yoga can positively impact the lives of children.

During this training, I learned how to adapt traditional yoga practices to be engaging and beneficial for young minds and bodies. Children’s yoga is not just about physical postures—it’s about fostering a sense of play, creativity, and mindfulness in a way that is accessible and enjoyable for kids. This experience has equipped me with the skills to teach yoga to children in a safe, fun, and effective manner, promoting their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Key aspects of the training included:

  • Child Development: Understanding the developmental stages of children to tailor yoga practices appropriately.
  • Creative Teaching Techniques: Incorporating stories, games, and activities to make yoga sessions more engaging for kids.
  • Mindfulness and Relaxation: Teaching children simple techniques to manage stress and cultivate mindfulness.
  • Safety and Anatomy: Ensuring that yoga practices are safe and suitable for young bodies.

I am excited to bring these new skills into my teaching practice and share yoga’s joy and benefits with children. Yoga can be a powerful tool for kids, helping them develop strength, flexibility, focus, and a sense of calm. It also fosters a positive attitude towards physical activity and self-care from an early age.

Stay tuned for upcoming children’s yoga classes and workshops! I look forward to creating a nurturing and fun environment where kids can explore yoga and all it offers.

Thank you for your continued support on this journey. Namaste.
